Scott Mccoll

Scott McColl is a highly experienced insurance adjuster, appraiser, and umpire with over 35 years in the property insurance industry, specializing in catastrophe, wind, flood (NFIP certified as well as RCBAP), hail, tornado, and large-loss claims. His career spans nearly every major U.S. hurricane since Hurricane Andrew, with assignments
across the continental United States and Puerto Rico.

Natalie “Nat” Arroyave

As Director of Corporate Engagement for RISE Professionals, Nat works with organizations committed to developing and retaining rising talent. She is a Certified Mentor for RISE and a passionate advocate for strong documentation, ethical claims handling, and leadership development in insurance.

Angie Baker

Lead Mentor

Angie started her insurance career in 1995 working with major insurance companies as a field adjuster, claims supervisor, re-inspector and training specialist.  Desiring a new challenge, she made the switch to the Independent Adjusting field in 2017. Throughout her career she has worked on residential, commercial, condo, large and complex and flood claims, in both carrier and IA capacity.  Angie was a lead mentor for one of the nation’s leading IA firms prior to transitioning back to the field. As an avid traveler, she loves working on the IA side as it allows you to “work hard, play
hard”!
