Career History
All of our contributors, moderators, and administrators boast long standing careers in the insurance industry. They have been vetted for proven track records and quality. We have former VPs, Managers, IAs, GAs, Consultants, and Desk Adjusters helping us build a community for any and all things property adjusting.
Lead Creator/Mentor
Nicholas has had a very diverse career within the insurance industry. Starting with Cross Country Adjusting in 2017, he worked his way up the ranks to become the Vice President of Quality Control. In 2022 he pioneered the "Complex Loss Resolution" unit which helped resolve disputed claims, appraisals, litigated files, etc. following the impact of Hurricane Ian and other storms in Louisiana and Florida. He maintained his role as the VP of Quality Control until August 2024. Post August he has been acting as a consultant, QA review, flood examiner (NFIP), and independent trainer for IAs.
Co-Creator/Mentor
Kevin's career began after taking a short adjuster training course, and jumping right into the fray. For over 15 years Kevin was a top producing adjuster for his core firm, boasting 1200+ claims a year closed with less than 1% rejection rate. Kevin has broadened his scope and handles daily residential, large commercial, appraisals, disputed claims, and has handled NFIP flood claims. Kevin's long standing career and reputation with numerous firms helps him stay busy in the slow times and have first choice in the busy seasons. The insight he brings is invaluable to new or seasoned adjusters.
